Phocides lilea (Reakirt, [1867]), formerly treated as a synonym of palemon in Hodges et al. (1983) (Checklist) (an unavailable name later synonymized with polybius Fabricius, 1793), is treated as a full species in Zhang et al. (2020). True polybius (=palemon) is extralimital north of Mexico. |
