Host genera: Berchemia Betula Carya Castanea Cornus Corylus Crataegus Cydonia Fagus Malus Morella Physocarpus Pinus Prunus Quercus Salix Sorbus Wisteria. Notes: polyphagous on trees & shrubs (Forbes 1923); injured trees (Robinson et al 2002); in bark & galls (Robinson et al 2002); wood-borer (Klem & Zaspel 2019). (Shropshire & Douglas 2025)
