Distribution: USA: AZ, southern CA, southern NV. Similar Species: Pinned specimens of related species. (Hint: select View by Region on the related species page.) Synonymy: nr. comparanda (Gelechia) Taxonomic Notes: Anacampsis nr. comparanda is an apparently undescribed species of the southwest with genitalia placing it near Anacampsis comparanda (Meyrick, 1929).
