Host familiy: Betulaceae Ericaceae Fagaceae Hamamelidaceae Juglandaceae Rosaceae Salicaceae.  Host genera: Carya Corylus Hamamelis Oxydendrum Populus Prunus Quercus Salix Vaccinium.  Notes: other woody species (Wagner et al 2011); leaves (Wagner et al 1995).  (Shropshire & Douglas 2025)
