Larva and Host Plants: Host familiy: Asteraceae.  Host genera: Chrysothamnus.  (Kimberley & Douglas 2025) Similar Species: Pinned specimens of related species. Synonymy: discistriga (Smith, 1894) (Platyperigea) - MONA 1983: 9692 Taxonomic Notes: Condica discistriga: Formerly placed in the genus Platysenta.
