Similar Species: Pinned specimens of related species. (Hint: select View by Region on the related species page.) Synonymy: exauspicata Walker 1861 (Macaria) - MONA 1983: 6292 Taxonomic Notes: Macaria exauspicata Walker, 1861, formerly placed in the genus Itame in Hodges et al. (1983) (Checklist) and in the genus Speranza in Ferguson (2008), is returned to genus Macaria in Sihvonen & Skou (2015) following Scoble & Krüger (2002).
