Synonymy: villana Busck 1907 (Hysterosia) - MONA 1983: 3797 Taxonomic Notes: Phtheochroa villana (Busck, 1907) was number 3797 in Hodges et al. (1983) (Checklist). The number 3824 was occupied by Mimcochylis fulvotinctana (Walsingham, 1884) in the 1983 list.
