Similar Species: Glyphipterix californiae (Walsingham, 1881) has a buff colored head and forewing with basal dorsal margin white mark with recurved extension along cubitus. Glyphipterix feniseca Heppner, 1985 is best separated by genitalia. Glyphipterix juncivora Heppner, 1985 Pinned specimens of related species.
