Distribution: Type locality: Texas. Larva and Host Plants: Partridge Pea, Chamaecrista fasciculata, (Busck 1900:236). Description/ Field Marks: Wingspan: 3/8" [~9.5mm] (Chambers 1874). Similar Species: Polyhymno acaciella Busck, [1901] 1900 Pinned specimens of related species. (Hint: select View by Region on the related species page.) Synonymy: • Polyhymno luteostrigella Chambers, 1874 • Polyhymno fuscostrigella Chambers, 1876
