Distribution: CA, AZ (Stonis & Solis 2020). Larva and Host Plants: Leaf miner of Ceanothus spp. Genitalia: See Stonis & Solis (2020). Similar Species: Pinned specimens of related species. Synonymy: bifurcata Braun 1915 (Tischeria) - MONA 1983: 0170; Type locality: Fredalba, San Bernardino Co., CA Taxonomic Notes: Dishkeya bifurcata (Braun, 1915), n. comb. (Stonis & Solis, 2020), was formerly in the genus Tischeria.
