  • Taxonomic Notes: Lacinipolia nr. laudabilis is a valid, undescribed species first reported in the US from Texas in the 2004 LepSoc Season Summary as scribillata Draudt, a name treated as unavailable by Schmidt (in Pohl & Nanz (eds.) 2023). For the purposes of listing this species without proliferating an unavailable name, MPG replaces scribillata with nr. laudabilis but retains scribillata as a synonym on advice from Chris Schmidt (pers. comm., 2024).
