Larva and Host Plants: Host familiy: Fagaceae.  Host genera: Quercus.  Notes: leaftier (Eiseman 2020).  (Shropshire & Douglas 2025) Similar Species: Pinned specimens of related species. Synonymy: albulella (Walker, 1864) (Cryptolechia) - MONA 1983: [NEW] vestalis (Zeller, 1873) (Cryptolechia) - MONA 1983: [1024] Taxonomic Notes: Antaeotricha albulella (Walker, 1864) includes as a synonym [1024] Antaeotricha vestalis (Zeller, 1873), Becker (1981), Systematic Entomology 6: 137-141. This name and synonymy were overlooked in Hodges et al. (1983) (Checklist) but later noted in Hayden & Dickel (2015).
