Distribution: Type locality (gracillinea): Arizona. Type locality (yuma): Yuma Co., AZ; Walters Station, CA; Gila Co., AZ; Kerrville, TX. Similar Species: Oxycnemis acuna Barnes, 1907 tends to be more contrastingly marked. Leucocnemis variabilis Barnes & McDunnough, 1918. Pinned specimens of related species. Synonymy: • Oncocnemis gracillinea Grote, 1881 • Oxycnemis gracillima Franclemont & Todd, 1983 • Oxycnemis yuma Smith, 1907 Taxonomic Notes: Oxycnemis gracillinea, proviional generic placement awaiting new genus assignment, includes as a synonym Oxycnemis gracillima [10043, misspelling].
