  • Stigmella prunifoliella (Clemens, [1862]), rev. stat., comb. n. (Newton & Wilkinson 1982:385-387), was previously treated as a nomen nudurn (invalid description) in Braun (1917:171). Newton & Wilkinson designated the holotype of bifasciella Clemens as the neotype of prunifoliella.
