Distribution: Type locality: Cuba.
Similar Species:
  • Elaphria chalcedonia (Hübner, [1808]), when well marked, has a white pm. band, rarely yellowish as in agrotina, edged inwardly by a thin dark line or shade. The white can be reduced to a spot on the costa. There may be overlap with respect to these characters.
  • Pinned specimens of related species. (Hint: select View by Region on the related species page.)
