Field Marks:
There appear to be two morphs based on examination of specimens collected by Jim Vargo from CA and NV.
Similar Species:
  • 9756 Lineostriastiria hutsoni
  • Pinned specimens of related species. (Hint: select View by Region on the related species page.)
Synonymy:
  • virida Barnes & McDunnough 1916 (Stiriodes) - MONA 1983: 9728
  • Taxonomic Notes: "Azenia" virida (Barnes & McDunnough, 1916) is found to be misplaced in the genus Azenia in Keegan, et al. (2021).
