Distribution: Holotype: California, San Diego County, Laguna Mtns., Crouch Meadow Springs. Genitalia: See Mustelin et al. (2000), figs. 1b-d. Similar Species: Pinned specimens of related species. (Hint: select View by Region on the related species page.) Synonymy: • Acontia lagunae Mustelin & Leuschner, 2000 Taxonomic Notes: Tarache lagunae (Mustelin & Leuschner, 2000), n. sp., Proc. San Diego Soc. Nat. Hist., was formerly in the genus Acontia, ZooKeys, 39: 156.
