Distribution: USA: western TX (Lafontaine & Schmidt 2015). Similar Species: Pinned specimens of related species. (Hint: select View by Region on the related species page.) Synonymy: damozela (Dyar, 1914) (Cobubatha)   Type locality: Mexico, Tehuacan Taxonomic Notes: Tripudia damozela (Dyar, 1914) was synonymized with inquaesita (Barnes & Benjamin, 1924) in Lafontaine & Schmidt (2010, a name subsequently raised back to full species status in Lafontaine & Schmidt (2015), ZooKeys. 527: 127-147.
