Taxonomic Notes: Afrida sp. is an unidentified, possibly undescribed species from Florida. "It is not what is going under the name A. ydatodes, but is not a very good match for [either of] the two species currently under A. minuta either; the genus needs work." (Chris Schmidt, pers. comm., 2010).
