April-June. Two Broods. 22-32mm.
Larva and
Host Plants:
Dead leaves.
Field Marks:
AM. line straight across most of wing from below costa (Forbes' Key). Subterminal line dark, edged outwardly with yellow. (Forbes and Covell)
Similar Species: 8352 - Zanclognatha jacchusalis has an obviously waved am. line and a straight, yellow subterminal line (which may have a few dark scales edging it).
