  • Macrurocampa alpina (Benjamin, 1932) is smaller and unknown west of eastern New Mexico.

Synonymy:
  • gigantea (Barnes & Benjamin, 1924) (Litodonta) - MONA 1983: 7972
      Type locality: Palmerlee, AZ.
  • Taxonomic Notes: Macrurocampa gigantea (Barnes & Benjamin, 1924), n. comb. in Miller et al. (2021), was formerly in the genus Litodonta.
