Synonymy: Diastictis anataria Swett, 1913
Taxonomic Notes: Macaria anataria (Swett, 1913), formerly placed in the genus Itame in Hodges et al. (1983) (Checklist) and in the genus Speranza in Ferguson (2008), is returned to genus Macaria in Sihvonen & Skou (2015) following Scoble & Krüger (2002).
