Distribution: Type locality: San Diego. CA. Similar Species: Eumysia pallidipennella (Hulst, 1895) Pinned specimens of related species. (Hint: select View by Region on the related species page.) Synonymy: • Valdivia mirabilicornella Dyar, 1908 Taxonomic Notes: Protasia mirabilicornella (Dyar, 1908) is now recognized among the North American fauna north of Mexico.
