Synonymy: albicapitana (Busck, 1914) (Evetria) - MONA 1983: 2892; TL: Prince Albert, SK. Distribution: "Nova Scotia west to British Columbia and south to the northern edges of Wyoming, Illinois, and Indiana" (Miller 1979). Host Plants: Pinus banksian (Miller 1979). Shropshire & Tallamy (2025) [accessed 6xii2025]: Host familiy: Pinaceae.  Host genera: Pinus.  Notes: solitary nodule-maker (Powell & Opler 2009); makes globular pitch mass in twig crotches & feeding on sapwood (Raizenne 1952).
