Distribution: Holotype: Ruidoso Canyon, Lincoln National Forest, NM.
Field Marks:
"This species is easily distinguished by the pale golden color, white head and middle of thorax, and the white stripe alongdorsum, which is quite conspicuous when the insect is at rest." - Braun, 1940.
