Type locality: Santiago de las Vegas, Cuba.
Similar Species:

Synonymy: • Acrocercops cordiella Busck, 1934
Taxonomic Notes: Dialectica cordiella (Busck, 1934), n. comb., was formerly in the genus Acrocercops (Eiseman & Davis in Pohl & Nanz (eds.) 2023). This species is reported from TX and possibly FL.
