Synonymy: Orthosia verberata Smith, 1904
Taxonomic Notes: Sunira verberata (Smith, 1904) was formerly placed in the genus Agrochola. Treated as a subgenus of Agrochola in Ronkay et al. (2001), Sunira was retuned to full genus in Lafontaine & Schmidt (2010).
