Taxonomic Notes: Acroria pulchra (Möschler, 1886) was first recorded in the US from Texas by Knudson and Bordelon in the 1994 Season Summary of Lepid. Soc. under the name Acroria terens. A. pulchra includes as a synonym A. terens of authors; (not Walker, 1857). A. terens is extralimital. ZooKeys, 527: 140.
