Similar Species: Pinned specimens of related species. (Hint: select View by Region on the related species page.) Synonymy: oblonga (Grote, 1882) (Nonagria) - MONA 1983: 9449 permagna (Grote, 1883) (Nonagria) subcarnea (Kellicott, 1883) (Nonagria) Taxonomic Notes: Globia oblonga (Grote, 1882) was formerly placed in the genus Capsula. The genus Globia Fibiger, Zilli, Ronkay & Goldstein, 2009 is a replacement for Capsula Fibiger, Zilli, Ronkay & Goldstein, 2005, a junior primary homonym of Capsula Schumacher, 1817 (Mollusca).
