Synonymy: alameda (Smith, 1903) (Nonagria) - MONA 1983: 9448 Taxonomic Notes: Globia alameda (Smith, 1903) was formerly placed in the genus Capsula. The genus Globia Fibiger, Zilli, Ronkay & Goldstein, 2009 is a replacement for Capsula Fibiger, Zilli, Ronkay & Goldstein, 2005, a junior primary homonym of Capsula Schumacher, 1817 (Mollusca).
