Taxonomic Notes: Charadra moneta Anweiler & Schmidt, 2010, n. sp., ZooKeys, 39:177, was previously misidentified identified in most collections as Charadra ingenua Smith, 1906, a species which occupied number 9189.1 in 1983 Hodges Checklist. C. ingenua was synonymized with 9189 C. deridens (Guenée, 1852) in Anweiler & Schmidt (2010).
