Distribution: Southern Texas. Similar Species: Pinned specimens of related species. (Hint: select View by Region on the related species page.) Synonymy: chuza (Druce, in: Godman & Salvin, 1898) (Pseudina)   Type locality: Holotype: "Mexico, Cuernavaca in Morelos". Taxonomic Notes: Diastema chuza (Druce, 1898), formerly in the genus Eustrotia, is now recognized within the North American fauna north of Mexico, Starr County Texas, ZooKeys, 788: 248.
