Similar Species: Pinned specimens of related species. (Hint: select View by Region on the related species page.) Synonymy: subnebulosa (Dyar, 1899) (Hyphoraia) - MONA 1983: 8165.1   Type locality: Alaska. Taxonomic Notes: Arctia subnebulosa was transferred from the genus Pararctia n. syn. in Ronka et al. (2016).
