Similar Species: Pinned specimens of related species. (Hint: select View by Region on the related species page.) Synonymy: marginata of Schmidt et al., 2018; (not Druce, 1885) (Eubaphe) MISAPPL. Taxonomic Notes: Virbia marginata of Schmidt et al., 2018; (not Druce, 1885) refers to a population from TX attributed to V. marginata by Schmidt, et al. (2018) but later determined to be an undescribed species with "true" marginata treated as extralimital by Schmidt (in Pohl & Nanz (eds.) 2023).
