Distribution:	Eastern Canada south to SC and west into OK
Seasonality and Size:	bivoltine peaking mid-June and late August in the Northeast
Genitalia:	See ZooKeys, 788: 39-55.
Similar Species:	8098 Clemensia albata, 8098.1 Clemensia ochreata, 8098.2 C. umbrata are best separated by differences in genitalia where ranges overlap. See flight times. Pinned specimens of related species. (Hint: select View by Region on the related species page.)
Synonymy:	albata Packard, 1864 (Clemensia) - MONA 1983: 8098 albida (Walker, 1866) (Uxia) cana (Walker, 1866) (Repa)
Taxonomic Notes:	Clemensia albata: Includes as a synonym Clemensia patella (Druce, 1885) [8098.1].
