Larva and Host Plants: Hickory Similar Species: Phyllonorycter olivaeformis (Braun, 1908): white color of the basal white streak typically does not extend to inner margin. Pinned specimens of related species. (Hint: select View by Region on the related species page.) Synonymy: caryaealbella (Chambers, 1871) (Lithocolletis) - MONA 1983: 0741   Type locality: Kentucky, Wisconsin. caryalbella (Walsingham, 1891) (Lithocolletis) missp.
