Synonymy: Calocalpe prunivorata Ferguson, 1955
Taxonomic Notes: Rheumaptera prunivorata (Ferguson, 1955), previously listed in the genus in Hydria (Hodges et al. 1983) and then alternately in Rheumaptera, new synonymy in Scoble (1999), and Hydria (Hausmann & Viidalepp 2012), is placed in Rheumaptera following the implied synonymy in Brehm et al. (2019) (see notes under Rheumaptera undulata (Linnaeus, 1758), the type species of Rheumaptera.)
