Distribution: Typ locality: Durango City, Durango, Mexico. Similar Species: Pinned specimens of related species. (Hint: select View by Region on the related species page.) Synonymy: orsona (Druce, 1893) (Zerene) Taxonomic Notes: Cingilia orsona (Druce, 1893) is now recognized within the North American fauna north of Mexico based on BOLD records of USNM specimens collected by D.C. Ferguson in 1998 from Cochise Co., AZ.
