Similar Species: Pinned specimens of related species. (Hint: select View by Region on the related species page.) Synonymy: deductaria (Walker, 1860) (Endropia)   Type locality: "East Florida". pectinaria of authors; (not [Denis & Schiffermüller], 1775) (Geometra) misappl. Taxonomic Notes: Euchlaena deductaria (Walker, 1860), erroneously treated as a synonym E. pectinaria, is returned to full species status in Heppner (2004) with] Euchlaena pectinaria of authors not [Denis & Schiffermüller], 1775 as a synonym. "True" pectinaria is Palearctic.
