Distribution: Ferguson saw specimens from every month except March and June, but only from Miami-Dade and Monroe Counties (Key Largo, mainly). It is likely that mapping records from central and northern Florida represent misidentifications. Similar Species: Pinned specimens of related species. (Hint: select View by Region on the related species page.) Synonymy: proditata (Walker, 1861) (Ephyra) - MONA 1983: 6712 Taxonomic Notes: Parilexia proditata: Formerly placed in the genus Thysanopyga. Ferguson 2009, Trop. Lepid. Res. 19(1): 35-51.
