Synonymy: sinuaria Barnes & McDunnough 1916 (Cochisea) - MONA 1983: 6650 Taxonomic Notes: Biston sinuaria (Barnes & McDunnough, 1916), n. comb., was formerly in the genus Cochisea, a new synonym of Biston (Schmidt & McGuinness in Pohl & Nanz (eds.) 2023).
