Distribution: Holotype: Brownsville, TX. Description/ Field Marks: Bull. AMNH, 132(3): 224; pl. 23, figs. 7, 8. Genitalia: Bull. AMNH, 132(3): 232, fig. 20; 237, fig. 42. McDunnough (1940), Can. Entomol. 72(5): 92; fig. 2. Similar Species: 6587 Iridopsis gemella is best separated by genitalia where ranges overlap. Pinned specimens of related species.
