Distribution: New Brunswick to southern Manitoba and southward to Florida and Texas; replaced in west by pertinata and setonana, which "may be no more than western populations or subspecies of continuata" (Ferguson 2008). Larva and Host Plants: Host familiy: Asteraceae Cupressaceae Pinaceae Cannabaceae[Ulmaceae].  Host genera: Cedrus Celtis Chamaecyparis Cupressus Eupatorium Eupatorium[unresolved] Juniperus Mikania Thuja.  (Shropshire & Tallamy 2025 [accessed 6xii2025]) Similar Species: 91a0794 Digrammia excurvata: Texas west to California and north to Washington. 91a0793 Digrammia imparilata: AZ and southern CA. 91a0792 Digrammia napensis: California. 91a0790 Digrammia pertinata: western Great Plains and Rockies. 91a0791 Digrammia setonana: Canada: BC, YT.
