Taxonomic: Notes "Macaria" inassueta (Bastelberger, 1908): This species was described from TX, but it has never appeared in a NA checklists, and it was not mentioned in Ferguson (2008). Its generic placement is uncertain; Rajaei et al. (2022) placed it in "Semiothisa?"; we place it here in "Macaria" Provisional Placement. Synonymy: inassueta (Bastelberger, 1908) (Blastobasis) mispl.; TL: Texas. Distribution: USA: LA. Similar  : Species Pinned specimens of related species.
