Distribution: Type locality: "Brownsville, Texas, Los Borregos".
Description/
Field Marks:
"Fore wings blackish brown with a broad white costal stripe; inner area a little lighter, especially toward base. Expanse 11 mm." (Dyar 1905).
Similar Species:
  • Homosassa ella (Hulst, 1887) has longer straight labial palpi.
