Synonymy: Dioryctria westerlandi Donahue & Neunzig, 2005
Taxonomic Notes: Dioryctria westerlandi Donahue & Neunzig, 2005, n. sp., Holarctic Lepidoptera, 10(1-2): 33; figs. 1, 3-5. Although Donahue & Neunzig (2005) was published subsequent to Neunzig (2003), the use of this name in the latter is unavailable for not complying with ICZN Articles 16.1 and 72.3 and is therefore nomen nudum (Alma Solis, pers. comm., 2024).
