Similar Species: Pinned specimens of related species. (Hint: select View by Region on the related species page.) Synonymy: phoezalis (Dyar, 1908) (Herculia) - MONA 1983: 5527 Taxonomic Notes: Hypsopygia phoezalis (Dyar, 1908) was formerly in the genus Pseudasopia and assigned to the genus Herculia in Hodges et al. (1983) (Checklist). This species was transferred to the genus Hypsopygia in Scholtens & Solis (2015) following Leraut (2006).
