Description/ Field Marks: Wings white with veins 11 (R1) and 12 (Sc) separate. Genitalia: See Heinrich (1937). Similar Species: 5311 Rupela tinctella has both a brown and white form; the latter requires dissection. 5312 Rupela sejuncta, requires dissection. Pinned specimens of related species. (Hint: select View by Region on the related species page.) Synonymy: segrega Heinrich, 1937 (Rupela) - MONA 1983: 5310   Type locality: South Bay, Lake Okeechobee, FL.
