Synonymy: sinica Moore, 1877 (Pryeria) pryeri Jordan, 1907 (Pryeria) Taxonomic Notes: Pryeria sinica Moore, 1877 is now recognized within the North American fauna. First introduced from Asia to MD and VA in 2001.
