Taxonomic Notes: Lycaena hypophlaeas (Boisduval, 1852), formerly a subspecies of [4251] Lycaena phlaeas (Linnaeus, 1761), is raised to full species status in Zhang et al. (2022). "True" phlaeas is extralimital to North America.
